First taxi tests done yesterday. Turbine starts consistently, retracts and brakes working good. Will do more taxi tests next few weekends. Too bad my smoke system leaking somewhere inside, must sort that out asap. Thank you Derrick for your support!!! This hornet uses your Hyperion mini metal-gear servo for brakes actuation. Very strong servo for its size! I can't emphasize enough as the brakes for turbine jets are very very important, i know i can trust your servos for this task. Total length of this jet is 96 inches (2.4 meters) and weighing a total of 16 kg without fuel. Took a total of 8 months to do from bare airframe to this state, I am very happy with it's finishing. She will fly soon. Cheers!
