Cool... 3KG !!! almost 2KW!
But... the real result on flight will be lower. For the 3KG, that is on a highliy regulated PSU can provides constant Volt of 24.x V.
For a real situation, thye Lipo will drop to around 20V under load. so I believe it will drop to around 1600W at max.
Can you request the vendor to test one with 20V or 20.5V? That maybe a more realistic number for 6S.
Care to share also the kv for the motor?
Great Fan!!!

Sorry.. that actual is at 2.01KW !!! and at 24.9V constant! And I also got the Kv which is 1660.
So at actual Lipo used, the thrust might be estimated at 2.4kg! about 20% less.. Still a great number! Very close to a WemoMidi on a 1700kv motor.

Would you think 30C lipos help better KW output at least for very first few minutes of launch and dives?

Do watch the Lipo cell weights, OK good puff, more weight higher wing loading .. Sadly that is the price we pay for more puff... but two interesting products from Tim...

Would you think 30C lipos help better KW output at least for very first few minutes of launch and dives? Well... 30C or even 25C both capaple to handle 80A for initial burst. But that is not the story.. the reality is even at 30C capable Lipo, the Voltage still not able to hold firm at 24.9V. Even today's 20C 5000mah pack can take theoritically 100A but the voltage still cannot hold that high lah.. As Dennis said, weight will comes in as the pack goes bigger or higher on C.. haha... No free meal!
