Current chargers can be re-set to Factory Settings by performing a reset sequence on your charger. This has to be performed only if you encounter unknown errors or output circuit errors...
1) Disconnect your charger from the power supply (AC or DC)
2) Press and hold the "MODE" button.
3) Connect the power supply back while holding on to the "MODE" button.
4) Upon connection, you will see a new line of readings on your LCD recognizing your charger as per your latest version last upated (eg V1.6 or higher)
5) Next, press "ENTER" button and the charger will enter intializing mode.
6) Wait for 3 secs and your charger is now re-booted back to the factory settings.
