AIYO the Capt. has new model , from the pictures it looks good so............... test fright this weekend Capt....? Umm maybe we need to ensure the retracts are 100% on the inspection in view of your recent experience with mechanical retracts......? Apart from the higher kV motor how will the kits that you will be receiving be configured..?, motor, fan, servo's, so just fit Rx and GO..? My only comment is the flap and retract servo are in the inlet duct which was one of the problems with the old KY T-33, I am sure can impact more on this. The main bulk will arrive as ARF KIT + FAN SET (with MOTOR) + RETRACTS... there will be no servos and ESC as I thought many would have better choices.

Actually there is a cheater hole at the bottom, almost a half moon... so that leave the scale intake duct for cosmetic scale purpose only.... The Main Rear Retracts are embedded into the wing, and pleasantly surprise there is a stock carbon tube across the wing almost along the CG line. My bit of concern was the intake airflow until I saw the cheater hole below that make whole lot of sense now. Yes I agree a cheater hole would solve the problem, even the E-Flite F-15 has cheater holes...!

Here is how I squeeze all 8 Servos into a 6 Channel RX:
Channel assignments: 1) 2 Aileron Servos using Y-CORD : Channel 1 2) Nose Steering Servo + Rudder Servo using Y-CORD : Channel 4 3) Rear Main Gear Retract Servo + Nose Retract Servo using Y-CORD : Channel 5 4) Elevator Servo : Channel 2 5) Throttle ESC : Channel 3 6) Flap Servo : Channel 6
Total : 8 x Servos, 3 x "Y"-cords, 2 x 20cm extensions for elevator & rudder...
