Umm Dt I thought the air laws were the same structure as the laws of the sea...? Sailboat gives way to row boat powered boat gives way to sail boat So on that basis C-130 pilot should have avoided the eagle...

OMG!! poor little bloody eagle. R.I.P. I thought eagles are suppose to have sharp eye sight?

the Eagle does have the sharp eyes and aim at the glass windows! But the eagle may not have big enough brain to calculate the size of the galss hole!
did you know???.... the eagle is aiming for something???

Well, never fly with your pants down especially in a C-130. Why? Coz you will never know what you are going to get from the front pothole. I guess, that poor eagle was thinking that was a worm for dinner. Cool, eagles really do have sharp eyes sight.
